Even though I don't have carpal tunnel syndrome, I learned so much from this book, including excellent stretches that keep my hands loose. That must be good to prevent arthritis.

I think this book is a must for anyone over 35. It really explains how stretching helps your body and how to do it most effectively. Do not go right to the exercises. Read the introductory information carefully. This book helped me get over some serious tendenitis in my arm and has kept me typing
