From among the 30 or more books I possess on healing, this one is the most heavily used and dog-eared! Unlike other helpful but draconian protocols I'm following to restore my health, the healing point therapies explained by Donna are working, AND can be integrated into a normal person's schedule.

Everyone should own a copy of this self-help book and use it daily!!!!! If you have any trouble learning the techniques from the book, you can always check out demonstrations on YouTube and/or order one of the many follow-up classes from Innersource.net, the online distributor for Donna Eden's work.

Perhaps my expectations from this book were very high. I expected not only to learn about energy healing from it but also to be able to heal if I saw any problems. There were many accounts of incidents where the author was able to spot problems and heal using her power and I found these fascinating
