It has long been said that if you are STRONG in the bible you should use this concordance. If you are YOUNG, use YOUNG'S concordance. If you might describe yourself as CRUDE...the CRUDENCE concordance might be helpful.

When this book says it's exhaustive; it means it! Every instance of every word that occurs in the King James Bible is cataloged in here. If you have a verse you need to look up, you will find it here. A great reference for a bible scholar.

That James Strong produced this work in an age before computers never ceases to amaze me.

I can't recommend it enough. I've been using it for years. If you have a Strong's there is very little, if any, need for any other reference. Just be sure you get an original Strong's--not the New Improved or Strongest Strong's.

This volume should be known as "Strong's Exhausting Concordance" since that is my experience of reading from it. Also bring a magnifying glass or you will have to put it down after a minute. A treasure for the bible scholar.

The listings may be tedious and the source is an old one however for a quick find it is indispensable. Especially in a pre-Internet age this one source made it a great deal easier to find a text through a word search.
