Wraps Around the World: Fusion Fast Food

This work shows how to make a wrap, an alternative to the sandwich which has its roots in the cuisine of many different cultures: Mexican burritos and tacos, French crepes, Vietnamese spring rolls, Chinese Moo Shu dishes and Middle Eastern falafel. It presents recipes and ideas for improvisation.
