Includes new world and native references, for example, TEZCATLIPPOCA, my favorite futurist, a god of darkness and obsidian mirrors. Includes cross-referenced names in

each definition. For example, one can immediately trace the links from Blavatsky-Theosophy to Basant-Ghandi and Steiner-Anthroposophicists, and their serious study of ancient and universal ethics.
The reference to the Illuminati is historical -- showing its founding by the Bavarian law professor, Adam Weishaupt, based on the secular ideas of Voltaire and Diderot-- in the face of the occult adaptation of the organization by Robert Anton Wilson (who is not included).
