MFT - Estate of Sarah Ripley. A lovely book of flower language, illustrated by Kate Greenaway (1846-1901). Inscribed to Sarah RIpley by her friend Jude:"April 24th 1979-Dearest Sarah, Wishing you a very happy birthday--and missing you Love, Jude. Loose pages.Featuring Kate Greenaway's charming drawings of Regency women, children, and flowers. This book gives the Language of Flowers both from the flower to the message, and from the message to the flower, which I have not seen in other books on the subject, and allows reading a bouquet and constructing one.
