This lovely work contains the glossary and notes by the amazing Alexander Lenard (listed by his name in Latin as Alexandro Lenardo), in consultation with Dr. Israel Walker. This is easily my favorite Latin book, and I have many. It's such a wonder, and an excellent choice for anyone just learning

Latin, or who just likes to keep the old skills fresh.

Lenard manages to keep the sweetness and child-like flavor of the original. "Quo in capite Canga et Ru ille parvulus in silvam veniunt et Porcellus balneo utitur."

Wish I had found this years ago when I was teaching my kids Latin. I would really like to find a copy of the 32 page supplement by Dr Alexander Leonard and Dr. Israel Walker. The notes and glossary would be very helpful.

Five stars if only for the sheer novelty of trying to read "balloon" in Latin.
