"If we are looking for a useful tool to aid relaxation we can discount some of the more bizarre and extreme forms such as Zen meditation which involves sitting cross-legged a few inches from a white wall and staring at it for long periods -- up to 16 hours in some cases - without moving and barely

This level of superficial and facetious critique jars somewhat with the cover, on which someone is clearly concentrating hard on some serious discipline such as Tai Chi. Daydreaming aimlessly to your favourite piece of classical music may be a nice way of relaxing, but I don't need a book to tell me that. It's 150 pages at about the level of a throwaway colour supplement article. Some may find it helpful, but it's too platitudinous and obvious for me.
