Michael Reed Gach is the founder and director of the Acupressure Workshop in Berkeley, California. The Workshop, established in 1976, offers classes as well as a state approved Acupressure Training Program. Michael has taught acupressure and yoga for more than five years. He developed Acu-Yoga, a practical method for relieving tension and achieving greater health and happiness. Michael conducts classes and seminars both in the U.S.and abroad. He is currently teaching acupressure and stress reduction workshops throughout the San Francisco Bay Area in schools, hospitals, colleges, corporations, and government agencies.

Caorlyn Marco is a freelance writer and holistic health practitioner living in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has done yoga for ten years, acupressure for five years, and currently works with the Acupressure Workshop writing classbooks and their materials.
