I learned Yoga as a teenager watching Richard Hittleman on tv. 40+ years later I still practice and appreciate Yoga, believing that "flexibility is the key to youth." The physical and mental benefits of these postures are profound, and this book is all you need to begin.

I've followed this set of yoga postures several times over the past thirty years and have always found it to be useful and effective.

While it took me considerably longer than 28 days, I worked my way through the entire book and found the entire program fantastic. I've improved a lot since I started with this, and I always feel great after doing it. I just need to make sure that I keep it up!

The first yoga book I read. Good general information about hatha yoga as practiced in the US in the 1960s or so. Too many poses for a casual yogi like me to absorb.
