people during his lifetime. Having early committed the whole text to memory, my father even now can recite it fluently and often quotes from it in talks before large gatherings of people. For my part, I was unable to make a close study of the treatise in my school days, but what was committed to memory seemed to unfold its significance gradually to my adult consciousness.
