exercise regimen.

Because the level of input is entirely under the countol ofeach individual Tiajiiquan can be enjoyed by all ages.

In its purest form Taijiquan is a beautiful combination of eloquence and perfect, fluid body movement, yet it can be quite physical.

It is the Chen style of 36 Forms, created in Beijing by Professor Kan, that reaches this ultimate goal.

Working with Professor Kan, Dr. Paul Lam, himself a leading teacher of Taijiquan, has translated the Professor's famous book on the subject into Elnglish, and added a great deal of extra information.

In turn Professor Kan co-operated in demonstrating all Forms in detail for over 480 photos, exclusively for the newe book.

Professor Kan Gui Xiang s the creator of the official chinese Competition Forms used throughout China. Winner of seven Gold Medals in National Competitons, National Judge and Chief National Coach of Chen Style Taijiquan, Professor Kan is regarded as the world's leading expert on Taijiquan.

The original Chinese version of the book has sold in excess of 500,000 copies.
