She has taught classes from kick boxing, bench stepping, low and high impact aerobics, senior aerobics and ab express to yoga, basic stretch, weight training and water aerobics.

Having spent the last ten years working with the senior population, Francine has developed exercises that are both safe and effective for those with physical limitations.
