of dedicated research, learned the system and the techniques. Huna is a tool designed to help everyone live more effectively. It teaches that humanity has a three-fold constitution: low, middle and high selves. The goal is to balance the three: the conscious spirit (the 'low self'), which is weak and always associated with animal-like traits; the subconscioius spirit (the 'middle self'), which works in secret; and the parental, androgynous 'high self,' which is the God within and humankind's only contact with the supreme creative force.

In Huna, the only recognized sin is to hurt another human being. This practical and utterly fascinating psycho-religioius system teaches the effective use of dreams to change the future, the use of the characteristics and symbolism of animals to undrstand our lower selves, and perhaps most importantly, how to regain our lost sense of Oneness with the Source of all creatin. If you understand it, and work with it, it will change your life.
