Dr. Kyu Hyung Lee is one of the highest-ranking taekwondo masters in the world and one of the most revered poomsae instructors in the history of taekwondo. He was the head of the 1988 Olympic Taekwondo Demonstration team and the Korean Team manager for the 1st World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships. From 1973 to 2005, he was the head of the internationally famous Midong Elementary School Demonstration team who has performed for royalty and heads of state around the world. From 1989 to 2005, he was the lead of the Korean National Taekwondo Demonstration team. He holds, a Ph.D. in physical education, 9th dan black belt in Taekwondo and a WTF International Referee S (Special) class license. Currently he is a professor at Keimyung University in Daegu, South Korea.

Dr. Sang H. Kim is an internationally respected author of 10 martial arts books, including the best sellers Ultimate Flexibility, Ultimate Fitness Through Martial Arts, Taekwondo Kyorugi: Olympic Style Sparring, Teaching Martial Arts, 1001 Ways to Motivate Yourself & Others, and star of over 100 martial arts instructional DVDs and videos. After being named as Instructor of the Year by Korean Government in 1983, he traveled around the world to teach martial arts for private and public organizations. He holds an M.S. degree in Sports Science and Ph.D. in Sports Media Studies. He currently devotes his time to creation of visual arts and films on the subject of Asian martial arts. He directed and produced and starred in Zen Man in 2006, and currently in production of his second feature film in Santa Fe.
