Form - Single sword form Green Dragon Twenty-four Techniques. Very detailed pictures of complete form with descriptions and some extra drawings.
Applications - More pictures with a partner of single sword counters against attacks from sword and speer.
Form - Double sword form with many pictures, descriptions and supporting drawings with arrow lines to see the path of the swords.
Applications - Double sword partner demonstration of many defenses against incoming sword, speer, sai and three section staff.

Ting, the founder of Wing Tsun Leung Ting Gymnasium, Permanent President & holder of 10th level M.O.C. of the International Wing Tsun Leung Ting Martial-Art Association, one of the founders of the International Chinese Martial-Art Federation, is also a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese & English Lliterature & language.
