Seung-Heun Lee is the founder of dahnhak, a holistic heath program. Since he opened the first Dahn Center, 1,000 Dahnhak masters have been trained and the masters are teaching 100,000 people at 360 Centers throughout the world. Dahnhak Practice is a remarkably effective method for helping individuals attain total fitness. The program has won public recognition for its success and social contribution as a training method for holistic health of people of all ages.

Seung-Heun Lee, known to his students as Gand Master Lee, came to the United States in 1994 to share the benefits of Dahnhak Practice with more people in the world. In 1997, he established the Sedona Dahn Institute, a holistic health and human development institution, in Sedona, Arizona. Since then, he has been living in Sedona and designiing a number of creative training methods to help people activate their own internal energy, facilitate their self-healing mechanisms and obtain enhanced awareness. These methods include Dahn Method, Taorobics and Brain Respiration among others.
