bring about unconscioiusness and even death. Pressure centres may be used for riviving purposes as well.

This book does not deal with the destructive uses of these points but only with their beneficial aspects, which can be of use to everyone. Without doubt this knowledge will be of great help to all those who take part in traininig and maintaining the efficiency of athletes and sportsmen.

It is indeed fortunate that Dr. and Mrs. Lawson-Wood have an understanding of these various points, and their value to the human body, which is both broad and deep. Accordingly, they have been able to accomplish the difficult task of presenting valid concepts in a way that is both easy to understand and interesting.

Wisely used the information contained in this book can be of great benefit to everyone. It could improve efficiency, stamina and performances, thus raising the standard of achievement in all fields of activity. Once these pressure centres have been put into use, and the results observed, this book will become indispensable and be constantly at hand.
