The premise of this story is very good, but was a bit rushed to make it happen at Christmas.

The whole idea of this story is heartwarming, and loved the friendship that Ruth had with Mamie...who certainly was not the stereotype Amish. She will make you laugh, but is really a good friend, just a bit lazy.
This is one quick read, and can be read in an afternoon. Get ready for Christmas with a little love and romance....Amish style.

I received this book through Net Galley, and was not required to give a positive review.
