During 1935-43 Roy Emerson STryker headed teh HIstorical SEction of the Farm Security Administration. He compiled history: some 270,000 photographs of American life. He also made history: assembling one fo the greatest terms [sic] of photographers ever known, and laying teh foundation for modern photo-documentation.
