Description

Loye is a respected futurist and psychologist. Not credible in describing hard science issues. For example, makes too much of the 'guesswork' of physics, or 'cognition' waves, or mathmatical dilemmas. Starts to see "precognition" as a phenomenon, as if it is a template for predicting futures.
