Whether or not you are a fan of Gary Chapman's 5 Love Languages books, you will enjoy this book and benefit socially in your work place by knowing how to appropriately affirm and appreciate your colleagues in the way that is meaningful to them.

While I appreciate the information and tools, it was more of a long advertisement for their MBA inventory.

Bought this to read as part of a workplace initiative. As of this date, I haven't taken the online inventory.
