Dr. Fuhrman can be a preachy and repetitive, and his recommendations aren't for everyone, but they are pure common sense,
His argument boils down to this simple message: we all should eat fewer calories for a longer life (per scientific studies), and we can have the greatest health if we eat foods with the highest nutritional buck per calorie. Eat a plant-based whole foods diet. He likes to call himself a "nutritarian."
