"It was because of her wonderful noodle pudding that Grandma met the pirates..." Three hungry savage pirates smell the noodles, raid Grandma's house and kidnap Grandma and Oliver. Melissa joins them on the high seas as she tries to rescue her family. Silly, not one of my favourites.

When Melissa's grandmother and parrot are kidnapped by pirates (along with her grandma's delicious noodle strudel), she doesn't hesitate before running to save them.
She ends up captured as well, but, as you can expect, ultimately thinks up a way to secure her escape.
