This book is about doing the right thing. Lyle the alligator comes to the office with his owner. The office is an advertising company. The company needs help finding a spokesperson for their cereal and they thing Lyle would be just right for the part. Everyone loves Lyle. But, his owner does not

want this to happen. The boss fires Lyle's owner because of this but Lyle's owner is not upset because he knows he did the right thing. In the meantime, all the family members are finding ways to earn money. In the end the boss needs Lyle's owner at work so badly that he hires him back and everything is good again. This is a good picture book for older students.

Lyle the Crocodile was a nice crocodile. Everyone loved to see Lyle. He always made people feel happy (at the supermarket, in the park, and even in traffic). Lyle and his mother lived with the Primms. They enjoyed having each other around. One day Mr. Primm took Lyle to work. Everyone at the office

loved Lyle, even the children in the daycare center. When Lyle left the children cried. Mr. Primm was having a bad day at the office. He couldn't think of a slogan for the new Krispy Krunch Cereal. When Mr. Primm gave Lyle a bowl to try, lyle crucnhed so loudly, the entire office could hear him (including the boss Mr. Bigg). Mr. Bigg had an idea. He would put Lyle's face on the cereal box. Mr. Primm did not like the idea. Mr. Primm and lyle left the office. On Holloween, The Primms, Lyle, and his mother were passing an old house on the street, when they heard cries for help coming from the inside. It was Mr. Bigg. He was making repairs to the house because he was moving in. His ladder had fallen and he could not climb down from the ceiling. Lyle helped him right away. At Mr. Bigg's house warming party, he gave Mr. Primm's job back. Everyone was very happy, especially Lyle.

This is the story of Lyle the crocodile who lives with his family the Primms. Everyone in town loves Lyle and so do the Primms. Lyle is always making everyone in the neighborhood laugh and enjoy themselves. This book was a very fun, upbeat book to read with great pictures. Younger children would

surely enjoy reading it.

Lyle lives with the Primms and loves them very much. Everyone loves him at the office and helps Mr. Primm come up with a way to sell cereal. Mr. Primm's boss does not like this idea and fires him. Lyle saves the day again though and gets him his job back.

I did not really like this book, it seemed to change the meaning of the story in the middle of the story. It was about a crocodile that everyone loved, but he was not the social kind. He went to work with Mr. Primm one day and Mr. Bigg wanted to uses his picture on the cereal box, but Lyle did not

want too. Mr. Primm lost his job, until Mr. Bigg moved next door and asked him to come back t work. It did have good illustrations. Story was hard to follow.
