Description: These two short films (15 min. each plus extensive out takes) include old black and white footage from the building of the Ashrama in the 1930s, as well as new color footage from 1980 and 1984. They trace the history of the land and building, it's later designation as a Wilderness Area, and the effort to save the Ashrama as a historic place. Recording also includes out takes with appearances by Joel, Andrea and others. - Jennifer
