Description: Vivekananda As We Say Him. A slide/video documentary. Five personal reminiscences of Swami Vivekananda (1863-1902) from original recordings, with his life story including 91 photographs, and voices of Gandhi and Madame Calve.
Cornelia Conger: met the swami as a 'yellow-haired girl of six'in the home of her grandfather, John Lyons, where Vivekananda stayed during the Parliament of religions in Chicago in 1893.
Josephine MacLeod: The Swami's Great friend and admirer. He said, 'Never forget who you are. Incidentally you are an American and a woman, but always but you are a child of God."
Katherine Whitmarch: Grand niece of Mr. Francis Leggett. In the summer of 1899, she met Vivekananda at Ridgely Manor.
Lillian Montgomery: Attended Vivekananda's new York lectures in 1900. "His great power was that he ... awakened it [divinity] in his listeners as he was speacking."
