108 teachings from Pema Chodron, collected from her other writings... I knew it was a collection of teachings, but I was unaware it was a compilation from her other books, most of which we have. Not a problem, though. This is a distillation of sorts, taking bits and pieces and combining them by the

I found it to be a book full of short pieces that are easily accessible and helpful to a student of the path.
