Vajrapani Institute's cookbook hopes to inspire you in the kitchen. Along with recipes, this cookbook contains reflective articles on topics such as using cooking as a spiritual path, rejoicing before you eat, and exploring the view from vegetarianism. We also discuss how to create vegan and gluten-free recipes with common substitutions. This cookbook brings together 94 of our favorite recipes from this redwood-cradled retreat center in Northern California.
