A meditator's meditator, Rigdzin Shikpo (ne Michael Hookham) began the practice in the mid 1950s and eventually became a prominent student of several renowned Tibetan Buddhist teachers, including Chogyam Trungpa and Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
