Description: A 30 min. plenary talk by Joel Morwood given at the Science and Nonduality Conference in San Rafael, California, in October 2009. In this talk, Joel discusses a major challenge of reconciling science with a nondual perspective: explaining how science works. If, as the mystics testify, there is no real external world independent of consciousness, how do we understand and explain why our theories of science work so remarkably well? One possible approach to solving this problem is presented.
