We have both the 1990 first edition with tear-out forms (like Bylaws...) and this revised 10th edition with a form cd. Used around 2011-2014 to revise our bylaws, some other forms. Worth looking into the newest edition when we have big changes again--especially for the forms CD or download, form updates, any law changes.
