Description: Guided by the inspired choreography of Andrea, twenty-five of us practice "Dancing with the Elements" at the Cloud Mountain Retreat Center in Castle Rock, Washington from April 20-25. Following a spectrum of purification and cultivation exercises drawn from the Tibetan tradition, we experienced the various-subtle qualities of energy in our bodies and developed a deeper understanding and awareness of their relationship to each other and to Pure, Primordial Awareness.
