So this book holds quite a nostalgia factor for me. The text of the book is pretty basic, with short declarative sentences. Great for beginning readers. The illustrations are cute and cartoony. It's a pretty typical "getting ready for Christmas" story, but the scratch and sniff adds a fun element and the art is sweet.
