When Hazel takes her doll Eleanor and gets lost after taking a wrong turn, bullies take Eleanor apart, until Hazel calls her mother, who makes everything better.

This is the story about Hazel and her doll Eleanor. One day Hazel and Eleanor get lost and some bigger kids throw Eleanor around until she is just a rag. At that moment Hazel's mother myteriously lands in a tree next to them and makes the bullies fix Eleanor before they leave. I thought the story

was quite boring, but kids seem to enjoy it a lot.

This book is good for younger children because it talks about the people in the neighborhood like the mail man and the police officer and the baker. Little Hazel gets lost on her way home, but it works out in the end.
