This was an excellent collection of writings by Laura Ingalls Wilder and her daughter, Rose Wilder. William Anderson does a phenomenal job giving historical backgrounds, contexts, and explanations about each article, story, letter, etc. I learned a lot of things I didn't know, and this was the

first time I got to read large amounts of Rose's writing. This fascinating book is highly recommended to Little House fans who want to know more. Show Less
