I liked that this book had more of a story to it than many alphabet books. Not only is it a lesson in letters, but a glimpse into a world many readers may not be familiar with. The illustrations are simple, but they depict the neighborhood in a way that feels authentic.

This book is an ABC book that illustrates different part and people of the neighborhood.

This is a good bilingual/multicultural book for children. I had to look up a couple of things on the internet, though for it to make better sense (abuelo and barrio). Enjoyed the pictures!
