different authors), this seems to illustrate (and inadvertently perpetuate) a lack of visibility during this era, however, the writing later in the book is more inclined to acknowledge these differences as well as the common political ground and (in a limited way) intersectionality between them. The reader also contains many interesting historical accounts of politically coloured events as well as inside accounts from groups that formed part of the anti-sexist/feminist/gay(sic) movement/s at the time. This includes political analysis as well as personal accounts. There are somewhat mainstream political perspectives in evidence, but most tend toward the more left and radical end of the spectrum. Its not edge of the seat stuff but definitely worth a re-read (in parts) for me if its well loved aged pages last that long.
