A little girl is playing outside when she runs into a dragon. they become friends and play at the beach and eventually convince the girl's mother to let the dragon come over for tea. They sprinkle pepper and the dragon sneezes; fire catches on the curtains and they rush outside to a previously
No Dragons For Tea is an educational book for teaching kids what to do in the event of a fire. The use of rhyming makes the book seem more flourished but not necessary and I found that Pendziwol had a great idea in writing this book. Kids will like the dragon and the fantasy aspect of inviting a dragon to play and grown-ups will love that their kids are learning while having fun. At the end of the book is a checklist of facts about fire and what to do in the event of one. In all, I vote this book a great learning tool but not the greatest literary experience.

I gave this book 5 stars because it is a really great teaching tool and this illustrations are bright and colorful. I can remember having a fire plan in elementary school. I think you could use this not old to teach fire safety, but to teach about diversity and being nice to "people" no matter what

I like this book because not only does it teach a great lesson, but it does it in a really
This book could be read to any age of children because of the lesson that it teaches, but if a child were to read it his or herself, I think they should be between the ages 6-9. Because it is a longer and slightly challenging book.
