I think this book is a great display of how teasing might seem like fun, as long as you are not the one being teased. By reading this book students can learn that you don't have to agree on everything, or be exactly alike, but teasing still isn't necessary. Children can also discover that everyone has different talents by watching Milton struggle at many sports but being so successful when he is finally given the chance to wrestle. Brother Bear also greatly demonstrates that you need to give others a chance and you may find yourself with a new friend!
