Parenting with a Global Vision: Responding as a Family to God's Invitation

Parenting with a Global Vision is a six-lesson, self-guided study for parents to do on their own or with a group. Lessons emphasize the strategic role that parents play in discipling their children and cast vision for why parents should intentionally disciple their family in God's mission.Content introduces 1) God's global heart and purposes, 2) the spiritual state of the world, 3) the current reality for unreached people groups, and 4) the role believing families can play in blessing the unreached people groups of their day. Lessons give parents suggestions for integrating God's mission into their family discipleship by building on the fundamentals of God's Word, God's world, and God's work. Each lesson gives simple steps for application. Although created as a personal study, each lesson also includes a Group Discussion Guide for parents who would like to process what they are learning in a small-group setting.… (more)
