After my trip to the Cloisters – one of my favorite museums – I wanted to know more about what I just saw (and was too fatigued to read all about). So I bought this in the gift shop and read it on the bus ride home and it was a big help. Something I can keep too, and read before my next visit. It’s also neat to see how they’ve moved things around inside the exhibit space between when the photos were taken and the time of my visit

A detailed photographic guide to The Cloisters with floor plans and description of the history of the exhibits. It's like having a tour guide walk you through the building.
