You will learn why Frog and Snake never play together, or why Bush Cow and Elephant are bad friends, or of the problems that a husband has because he likes to count spoonfuls. This is a very interesting anthology of African tales. A lot of them explain certain phenomena, others tell stories with life lessons embedded in them. The stories are written down and told as if they are being spoken with "uh-huh's" thrown in every so often to give them are more authentic feel.
