This is a wonderful reference for those interested in returning to an observant Jewish lifestyle (Baal Teshuva), or someone considering a halachic Orthodox conversion. Rabbi Donin covers all the major topics and issues. Donin's 'To pray as a Jew" book, is a great book to use along side this one.

Well it is very Orthodox. Makes a lot of sense though if truth be told. Maybe I am much more Orthodox than I thought.
