A catalogue of an exhibition of art from the period 1900-1930 hosted by the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris in 1979 and which went to Moscow in 1981. This is the Russian language catalogue. the exhibition looked at the development of modern art in that period in both France and Russia, and draws on Russian collections. there are many well-known and iconic Russian and Bolshevik images, but the exhibition also covered sculpture, design, architecture, poster art, Agitprop, ceramics and theatre design.… (more)
