Audio book - Outstanding! Better than I remember it! Scofield's Aslan is superb; I could hardly wait for him to re-enter the story.

This is an EXCELLENT drama of The Chronicles of Narnia! Amazing! Everyone should listen to them; they are all very well done! Harper Audio has nothing on these!

This audio production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is worthy of the books that it represents, and is typical of all the titles that "Radio Theatre " produces.. As the title indicates, all of the books of the Narnia series are included. Douglas Gresham, a stepson of C. S. Lewis,

introduces and concludes each book. He relates anecdotes and background to the stories that lend to the appreciation of the stories.

This series is a theatrical production and not a book read on tape. The production is outstanding. Since British actors perfom the script, the atmosphere is similar to that of the books. The acting is superb and the directing marvelous. A favorite scene of mine is the parliment of owls in "The Silver Chair." The production of that scene is remarkable, and the result is hilarious.

The entire production enables the listener to reside in Narnia for at least awhile. It also confirms that this series of books is timeless.
