heart is broken as it gets ever smaller in each reincarnation. It wants to be home. After a turn as a small heart necklace given in love, it crumbles when the love is lost, turns to dust and is blown over deserts and oceans and finally, all the way home. An unusually long picture book, it is moving and full of longing. Love it, but haven't done a read aloud with it yet.....
