A bizarre mirror universe version of a Richard Scarry book, where the characters are humans instead of animals, but the how-do-things-work questions are answered with nonsensical explanations. The intended humor was too mild and the flights of fantasy too blah. Also, there was a disturbing amount
I must admit I was intrigued by "The Tombstone Bookcase," basically a free little library for cemeteries.
I enjoy a book about the love of books, but I prefer the more relatable Book Love and the fact-based The Library Book over this.

If you have any love for books for any reason whatsoever, then you have to read this. The illustrations are sublime. The message is moving, and it shows just how wonderful and magic books can be as well as those of us who work with books or appreciate them.
