Description

On 8 June 1972, nine-year-old Kim Phuc, severely burned by napalm, ran from her burning village and into the eye of history. that air strike, AND she told him she forgave him. The book also has some good detail about life as a trophy for the communist government.

I give it 5 stars for story, but 1 star for writing, which equals 3 stars.

I was surprised at how easy this was to read and how much background information there was. The families life and background are covered and so much on Vietnam after the war. Highly recommended.
