The Polk Street Review 2021 edition

The Polk Street Review (TPSR) is Community ? Education ? Arts' unique annual creative place-making project focusing on Noblesville, IN. The project includes creative workshops and the publication of an annual anthology, which is the only publication dedicated to publishing submissions of original prose, poetry, song lyrics, and artwork images. The Polk Street Review has received international status with submissions and followers from all over the world. CEArts is the home of online Arts Showcase exhibit opportunities, @theroundtable podcast and short videos series, and two annual projects, Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE), in its 7th year in 2021, and The Polk Street Review (TPSR) publication (est. 2011; published by CEArts since 2017).
